We are seeking an efficient and skilled Administration Assistant to join our community in a part time (0.6 FTE) capacity, commencing Term 2, 2026.

Pacific Brook Christian School is a co-educational Christian school located in Muswellbrook in the beautiful Upper Hunter Region of NSW, only 60 minutes from Maitland and 90 minutes from Newcastle. The school is part of the Pacific Hills Christian Education Ltd Group of Schools. Pacific Brook Christian School is a fast-growing Kindergarten to Year 10 learning community, committed to developing and nurturing its students. Each staff member is a committed Christian and holds strongly to the belief that we are all created and loved by God.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Holds a current First Aid Certificate, including CPR

  • First Aid for Students
  • Provision of IT Support
