We are looking for a dedicated, organised, and enthusiastic administrator to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Principal. This is a full time, permanent position, commencing 23rd January 2026.

In this role you will support the Principal with a range of administrative tasks whilst coordinating the daily operations of the Principal's office. It is a dynamic and fulfilling position suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised, and confident in managing multiple priorities.

Pacific Berowra Christian School is a member of the Pacific Group of Christian Schools. This co-educational Christian school rests on a sunny plateau above the Hawkesbury River 40 kilometres north of the Sydney CBD, and just ten kilometres north of Hornsby. Berowra is a close-knit, family-oriented community, and is surrounded by natural bush land, national parks and the Hawkesbury River Valley. The blend of natural surroundings forms the backdrop to the School that is located on the corner of King Street and Berowra Waters Road, Berowra. Our school is a fast-growing Kindergarten to Year 6 learning community, committed to developing and nurturing its students.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be effective in this position you will have:

  • Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to always meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Experience dealing directly with customers in an office administration role
  • Excellent writing and document formatting skills, with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop close working relations with others within the organisation
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Previous experience with School Administration Systems is highly desirable.
  • The ability to take minutes at meetings
  • The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to complete tasks
  • The flexibility to support the School with several events throughout year
