We are seeking a permanent part time 0.8 FTE Administration Assistant to join our Whole School Administration Office (WSAO). This pivotal role provides professional administrative support across the school with key responsibilities including teacher accreditation, professional development records, Working with Children Check (WWCC) compliance, practicum student administration, and school event administration. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effecitvely manage competing priorities while supporting staff across Pacific Hills Christian School and the Pacific Group of Christian Schools.
