This is a casual position.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to articulate and model a Christian worldview and integrate Christian values into early childhood education and leadership.
  • Certificate CHCPRT025 – Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
  • Current approved Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • ACECQA approved First Aid Certificate including anaphylaxis and asthma management and CPR
  • Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF (V2.0), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or Currently working towards an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification.
  • Experience in an approved education and care service
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum, supporting curriculum development and documenting children’s learning and development.

  • Championing safety and wellbeing: Ensure a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment for all children, families, and staff.
