Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to articulate and model a Christian worldview and integrate Christian values into early childhood education and leadership.
Certificate CHCPRT025 – Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
Current approved Working with Children Check (NSW)
ACECQA approved First Aid Certificate including anaphylaxis and asthma management and CPR
Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF (V2.0), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or Currently working towards an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification.
Experience in an approved education and care service
Demonstrated experience in curriculum, supporting curriculum development and documenting children’s learning and development.
