Pacific Online Christian School is the distance education campus of Pacific Coast Christian School. Job Description

The Enrolments and Administration Officer supports the Registrar in managing the full student enrolment and student onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for enrolment enquiries, providing timely, friendly, and professional communication.
  • Guiding families through the enquiry‑to‑enrolment pathway, supporting smooth progression through the enrolment pipeline.
  • Assisting with application processing, document preparation, data entry, and maintenance of accurate enrolment records.
  • Tracking and supporting the progress of enquiries and applications, ensuring consistent communication and follow‑up.
  • Assisting with coordinating student onboarding, preparing documentation and supporting families through initial setup and orientation.
  • Supporting annual data checking, mandated reporting, and general administrative tasks as required.
  • Contributing positively to a warm and supportive experience for new families joining the POCS community.
