Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a warm disposition? We have a role that may be a good fit for you.

We are seeking a part time (0.6 FTE) Receptionist to join our community, commencing Term 1, 2025. The successful candidate will work during school terms and will not be required during the school holidays.

Pacific Valley Christian School is a dynamic Prep to Year 12 co-educational Christian learning community committed to developing and nurturing our students. Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • A professional manner and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible
  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Reception
  2. Assisting with the operations of the office
  3. Support of the Campus Principal’s Personal Assistant
  4. Assisting with events
  5. Professional Learning
  6. First Aid and medication for Students
  7. Photocopying and Stationery
  8. Other duties
