We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in Term 1, 2026 in a 0.2 FTE part time temporary position, to support the effective management of our safety and regulatory obligations in compliance and Work Health and Safety.

Pacific Valley Christian School is a dynamic Prep to Year 12 co-educational Christian learning community committed to developing and nurturing our students. Desired Skills and Experience

Working one day per week, this role will assist with maintaining compliance registers, updating WHS documentation, monitoring mandatory training, supporting incident reporting processes, and following up on safety actions. This is a key support role that helps ensure our school remains safe, well‑organised, and aligned with required standards.
